I’m little bit feeling sad when I first visit this customer house.
The House Owner is a beautiful girl, friendly and nice. But I guess the subcon is trying to PUA her because she is not exp in renovation.
I not sure how much she pay for the job, but this kinda of workmanship not suppose to be happen.
We are sharing this is to let public know anything can be happen when come for house renovation.
Is good if you afford to hire a experience Main Contractor to handle all the renovation work from A-Z.
People always says main-con is very expensive, I guess this is a mistake in mindset.
YES, we charge a little bit higher. BUT WHY? What we have done ⁉️
1. We properly arrange all the work sequenze
2. We handle all the subcon workmanship
3. We monitor the job and touch-up work
4. We charge for our profesional servicing, time & effort to put in every project
☢️ ☢️ BE SURE YOU NOT PAY TO SUBCON MORE THAN THE WORK HE HAVE DONE. ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS AND YOU ARE GOOD IN RENOVATION
